There’s a wealth of untapped knowledge in your organisation. Make the most of in-house expertise – with Thinqi’s ‘People’ app, users can search for a particular skill or topic and discover experts within the business who can help. You can also recommend people based on their skills.
Communicate directly with your team
If you’re a line manager, the ‘My Team’ tab allows you to add staff members and start group or 1:1 conversations with them – whether that’s to ask a question, provide feedback or give a little nudge to ensure all learning activity is completed.
Keep tabs on learner progress
Whether it’s badges, assignments or events, at-a-glance reports will show you how your team is progressing through learning activities, with the option to download for your records.
