GDPR and DPA compliant
Using Thinqi’s smarter learning system, all data is stored within the UK, EU or US depending on your location to fully comply with your data protection and legislation requirements. Hosted on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud, you can be assured that all data will be 100% compliant and securely processed and stored within your location.
Single Sign-On (SSO) integration
Thinqi integrates with common Identity Providers such as Azure AD and Google Workspace, using industry-standard SSO protocols. This means your users can have one identity for everything without having to repeatedly authenticate identities to access Thinqi. Permissions can also be configured to allow different levels of access for different users.
Encryption
With comprehensive security capabilities to satisfy even the most demanding requirements, Thinqi’s data encryption ensures your data stays safe when transmitted between applications. All data in Thinqi is ‘encrypted at rest’. What’s more, all communication between Thinqi and end users is conducted via HTTPS with 2048-bit encryption.
A fully certified solution
Thinqi is Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO 27001 certified. ISO 27001 requires a security governance framework and the relevant cyber-information security policies as part of Thinqi’s business management system that is assessed by independent third-party auditors. Thinqi has also been security audited several times as part of the UK Government’s IT Health Check (ITHC) initiative in line with guidelines set by the National Cybersecurity Centre (NCSC).
