We're thrilled to announce that Thinqi has been shortlisted for the Learning Technologies Awards 2025!

We're thrilled to announce that Thinqi has been shortlisted for the Learning Technologies Awards 2025 for our work with London Business School on Business Analytics in the Age of Generative AI.

A partnership built on shared values

Our collaboration with LBS is rooted in something we believe deeply about learning: that rigour, relevance, and real-world impact should never be sacrificed for speed or scale. When LBS came to us in 2023, they faced a challenge many organisations recognise. Professionals everywhere needed to become AI-fluent, but not through detached theory or generic training. They needed to understand AI, work with it hands-on, and apply it to their day-to-day challenges—all in the flow of their day-to-day, regardless of where they were located.

What impressed us most about the LBS team was their refusal to compromise. They didn't want to bolt AI onto an existing programme; they wanted to rebuild learning from the ground up to make AI an active partner in how professionals think and work. That vision demanded a platform that could weave together live faculty expertise, interactive peer learning, AI-enabled exercises, and rigorous assessment into one seamless experience.

What makes this work special

The BAGAI programme (Business Analytics in the Age of Generative AI) embodies what we stand for as a company. Rather than treating AI as a subject to teach about, the programme treats it as a tool to think with. Learners work directly with GPT-4 on real datasets, experiment with models, and interrogate the limitations of AI outputs under the guidance of faculty like Professor Nicos Savva. They're building confidence through doing, not drowning in PowerPoints.

But what really sets this work apart is how LBS and Thinqi built sustainability into the design from day one. Through cohort feedback and an iterative development model, the programme constantly evolves. Datasets refresh. Use cases expand. Learner insights shape delivery. This isn't a course that sits still—it's a living ecosystem designed to move as fast as the technology itself.

The results speak for themselves: programme satisfaction consistently rated 4.5 to 4.7 out of 5, faculty effectiveness scores of 4.8 to 4.9 out of 5, Net Promoter Scores between 63 to 81%, close to 99% pass rates, and immediate workplace application ranging from predictive modelling to new customer segmentation strategies.

What we've learned together

Our partnership with LBS has deepened our conviction that the future of learning technology isn't about chasing every trend or cramming AI into legacy systems. It's about designing with intentionality—combining pedagogical rigour with cutting-edge technology, accessibility with academic depth, and innovation with sustainability.

LBS's team brought decades of expertise in developing leaders and transforming minds. We brought a platform built to support complex, integrated learning experiences that connect to real performance outcomes. Together, we've shown that you can deliver learning at scale without sacrificing quality, ethics, or impact.

Looking forward

Being shortlisted for the Learning Technologies Awards feels like recognition that thoughtful partnerships—where client expertise meets platform capability—really do create something transformational. We're genuinely excited to be nominated alongside so many innovative projects and forward-thinking organisations pushing the boundaries of learning and development. The awards ceremony takes place in November in London, and we can't wait to celebrate with the wider L&D community—a community we deeply respect and feel proud to be part of.

But for us, the real award is simpler: seeing professionals around the world gain confidence with AI, step into their roles equipped to make better decisions, and knowing that behind every success story is learning that was designed with care, delivered with rigour, and built to last.

The Learning Technologies Awards ceremony will take place on November in London. You can find the full shortlist of finalists here.
