A night to remember
The ceremony brought together passionate L&D professionals, but the real highlight was reconnecting with Michele Asbury and the LBS team in person. Over champagne, they shared their successes and exciting plans for the year ahead – moments like these remind us exactly why we love what we do.
An award-winning partnership
When the LBS team approached us in 2023, they wanted to fundamentally reimagine how professionals learn to work with AI – building something truly transformational that would reach learners around the globe. Being trusted to support that vision has been one of the most rewarding experiences we've had as a company.
The BAGAI programme embodies everything we believe great learning should be: rigorous, relevant, and transformational. Learners work directly with GPT-4 on real datasets under the expert guidance of faculty like Professor Nicos Savva, building genuine confidence through hands-on practice in a seamless online experience.
The results demonstrate the programme's impact: satisfaction scores of 4.5 to 4.7 out of 5, faculty effectiveness ratings of 4.8 to 4.9, Net Promoter Scores between 63 and 81%, pass rates close to 99%, and immediate workplace application across predictive modelling, customer segmentation, and strategic decision-making.
What really excited us at the ceremony was hearing about what's coming next. The LBS team is already exploring how to expand BAGAI's reach and deepen its impact, helping even more professionals navigate the rapidly evolving AI landscape. Knowing that Thinqi will continue supporting their vision makes this award even more meaningful.
